About This Novel
In Paris during the French Revolution in 1794, the elves were on the verge of defeat under Napoleon's iron-fisted offensive. The story revolves around Jean Martin, a human being who is plagued by bad luck. Although he can bring luck to others, he himself has constant bad luck. In an accident, he formed a strange alliance with the elf noble Ophelia, the dwarf Toby and a noisy Zugo, and was involved in an adventure concerning the survival of the elves.
