The novel I wrote was aggrieved and resigned, and I couldn't write a novel with an abusive protagonist.
I only read two or three chapters and stopped reading.
The author's emotional drama is a mess. You can count the dialogues between the protagonist and Xue Ke and Tang Yuehua in the first few chapters on one hand. Then the protagonist was injured after a conflict with Tang San. When he returned to his residence, his wine bottle was taken away by two women who had no basis for feelings in a coquettish manner. Tang Yuehua even asked the protagonist to help him hunt for the spirit ring. I'm really surprised. Don't you, the author, know what you wrote before? When these two women act coquettish, the male protagonist must listen to them? Does the male protagonist have a relationship foundation with them? Just because the male protagonist wrote a few lines of poems from the modern era made them fall in love with the protagonist? And I don't see any description by the author of the male protagonist's thoughts about these two people.
