What the Hell is a Man-han Banquet at the Small Restaurant We Agreed On?
About This Novel
Reporter: "What is your biggest difficulty as a restaurant owner?" Jiang Yan: "Our restaurant does not use pre-made dishes. All freshly fried dishes are cooked over fire, and the soup stock cooked every morning is made with bones." "A restaurant was ready to be opened but then closed down. How did you open it?" "How do you sell ancestral steamed buns for one piece? How do you deliver water to sanitation workers for free... These experiences are priceless." Reporter: "What do you think is the secret to your success?" Jiang Yan: "I cooked a hundred dishes a day, have you ever cooked them?" "My hands swelled when I cut chili peppers. Have you ever felt swollen?" "I almost fainted from the stinky mandarin fish, have you fainted?" "I set the forest on fire for outdoor cooking. Have you ordered it?" "I've eaten all kinds of weird dishes from all over the country, have you tried them?" "I can forge my own sword, can you?" "I can cook a Manchu banquet, can you?" "I did something that no chef has ever done." "Did you do it?" "I feel like this is my greatest achievement!"

It was okay to watch, otherwise there were so many slap-in-the-face plots that would be too repetitive and not feel fresh.
After reading only one chapter, I feel like it's an old routine with nothing new at all. I'll give you a new routine. The first ingredient that guests bring must be local specialties or rare (bring someone with the ability to identify the ingredients)
