The Chu Minister

Recently, there are always people saying that reading is frustrating. The Han family and his son are always not trusted for their hard work. It would be better to work alone. But as someone who works within the system, I feel more deeply when reading Chu Chen's book than the previous Xiao Chen. First of all, let's talk about the more common background. Although the most common thing in the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms was rebellion, more dynasty changes also occurred in the north. The south was relatively stable. And even in the five generations in the north, the founding kings were not rebelled. They all died in the second generation, because the second generation often did not have great talents and absolute control of the army. This is the biggest difference from the background of the Xiaochen era. The Xiaochen royal family was already in ruins, and the heroes were vying for the throne. Rather than Lin Fu's rebellion, it was better to say they were vying for the throne. The Chu Kingdom was booming, and Yang Mi, the founder of the country, was not a weak person who could be bullied. Not to mention the family fortunes of the Han family and his son, the Ma family, and even the Xu family, who was once a military envoy with Yang Mi, did not. The determination to rebel and the certainty of victory have led to the fact that the Han family and his son can only be military advisors at present. This has little to do with Han Qian's father Yu Zhong. Even Han Qian will not choose to mess around before Yang Mi's death. Therefore, Han Qian feels that Yang Mi is going to die soon anyway. Handing over military power in such a short time will not lose his influence on this army. Secondly, let's talk about people's hearts. After it is clear that Yang Mi is the hero of the generation and the Han family and his son can only be loyal ministers for the time being, it is too easy to understand that Han Qian is currently aggrieved. How could Yang Mi completely trust the Han family and his son? Not to mention the emperor's mentality that pays attention to checks and balances. Even in today's world, your leader or superior will not completely trust you. If Yang Mi completely trusted the Han family and his son, didn't let the Han family send troops first, and didn't send people to decentralize power and check and balance, and then rashly reduced the vassal, wouldn't he be a fool? What should I do if I am tricked by Han Qian? How can we expect the founder of the country to be such a political idiot? So Yang Mi's reaction is completely reasonable. Finally, let's talk about Han Qian's response. The leader wants to use you to work, but will not completely trust you, and will use others to check and balance you. This situation has been true since ancient times, whether within the system or in the enterprise. So how should we deal with this situation? Han Qian's response, or more vulgar response, gave me a lot of real-life inspiration. If you show resistance or resentment, such as Han Qian's disobedience and disrespect for Xuzhou, you will lose the trust of the leader and the opportunity to step into a higher and greater platform in the future. Xuzhou is a peaceful corner with a sparse population, so what if you are independent? Can you still plan for the world based on this? Not to mention Xuzhou, even if he occupied the land of Jianghuai, Zhu Yuanzhang was the only one in history who could dominate the north from the south. Therefore, when one's own capital is insufficient, revealing one's private thoughts too early will eventually lead to a dead end. This is a matter of pattern. In reality, there are still some people who respond like this. If you don't completely trust me, then I will just hang around. When encountering a problem, I don't think about what to do first, but consider what benefits I can get from this matter and what responsibilities I may bear. When a crisis occurs, they are the first to be eliminated. If it corresponds to reality, I am afraid they will be the first batch of layoffs. Han Qian's current response is to improve his internal strength and work down-to-earth, so that the people gathered around you will be a group of people who want to do things and can do things. If the leader wants to do things, he will naturally use you and give you a higher platform. If the leader is not good, there will naturally be other people who want to do things who need you, such as Yong Wang Zhu Yu. Only when you have cultivated your internal strength to a certain level and have a certain amount of capital, can you consider being independent. Your ambition and strength must match. Otherwise, whether it is Han Qian in troubled times or you and me in the workplace, it will be a recipe for death.

In mid-March of the third year of Yanyou, the post-war military and political plenary meeting of the Tangyi branch of the Xuzhou Group was held. The navy Yang Qinzheng, deputy Lin Zongjing, a total of three thousand; the cavalry Zhao Wuji, deputy Han Donghu, a total of three thousand; the first infantry army Tian Chengzheng, deputy Su Lie, Feng Zhang; the second infantry army Lin Haizhengzheng, deputy He Liufeng, Lin Jiang; the third The infantry's Feng Xuanzheng and deputy Xiao Dahu; the fourth infantry's Zhou Chuzheng and deputy Dou Rong, totaling 12,000 in the four capitals; the independent infantry's Tanxiu Qunzheng and deputy Dong Tai, totaling 3,000 in one capital; the guerrilla army Kong Xirong's chief and deputy Xi Fa'er, totaling 3,000 in one capital. The total number of soldiers was 24,000. There are another 100,000 civilians, and each person needs at least one stone of food per month during the construction period. The seven counties of Xuzhou can provide 500,000 coins, and the Privy Council will give 400,000 coins, and the rest will be raised separately. The seven counties of Liyang, Tangyi, Puyang, Tingshan, Wushou, Donghu and Shiquan were planned to build about 5 million acres of paddy fields by just building embankments and reclaiming the river beaches. Feng Liao, Tian Cheng, Feng Xuan, Lin Zongjing, Lin Haizheng, Yang Qin and others were also in charge of this, and they tried their best to recruit refugees and cultivate the land.

I hereby post it as proof that if you absorb water, you will be put into the harem by the welding tongs, otherwise I will kill myself with a knife!

There are too few and too rough emotional scenes in Chu Chen, too many and too trivial descriptions of political calculations, and many characters start off and end at the end. Except for the war scenes, which are still at the same level, the rest are not as good as Chen Chen.

"... Second uncle, Mr. Guo, Mr. Wen, if you don't know that neither Ting'er nor I have any intention of competing for status, nor do you know that if your husband really wants to establish an heir in the future, he will only choose talents and will not care about status..." The meaning of this sentence should be very clear: first, Wang Jun and Zhao Ting'er do not compete for status; second, Prince Hou at this time is not the future heir; third, the criterion for selecting successors is to choose talents...

The handsome young man entered the Marquis Mansion, and from then on the common people were in his heart. The heroes of Chu and Shu and the Mengwu, Daliang Mingzhu Zen Huangzhou. The heroes have been competing for years, and half of the country is in their hands. Going to war to avoid war, your righteousness is worthy of your ancestors. The unification of China has just begun, and the past has become a cloud. Er Cao's body and name are both destroyed, and the eternal flow of rivers will not be wasted. History has always created heroes, but don't forget people's livelihood in rise and fall.

The larger book contains less descriptions of love between children and more about war. I think adding more love between children and children will make the protagonist's image fuller!

Be firm and loyal, do the right thing regardless of your own reputation. But there are too few such people. When faced with interests, most of them will consider gains and losses, so it is understandable that some ordinary people think this is a scapegoat. After all, asking him to sacrifice himself to help others is too difficult and incomprehensible. He might even curse him as ****.

What a stupid plot, why does the protagonist do such boring and immoral things?

It is really rare to find such a person, who can do this for the country and the people.
