The starry sky was blotted out by the Zerg, who destroyed humanity’s home planet. Besieged by the combined forces of the Zerg and star beasts, the Human Alliance was forced to abandon planet after planet, migrating across star systems in search of a chance to survive and prosper. After centuries of warfare, humanity had no choice but to repeatedly push past the limits of its own genes to endure harsh conditions and avoid extinction.
