Lord of the Mysteries: Yao Guang

A Lord of the Mysteries fanfic.

After waking up, Li Xing realizes she seems to have arrived in another world, stuffed into the body of a girl. The crimson Moon in the sky fills her with hatred and sorrow. Armed with a strange thieving golden finger and a little bug for a mentor, she does her best to live as “Aster.” Aster has no idea where some of the knowledge in her mind comes from, but that doesn’t stop her from trying to make a better life for herself.

Then Aster’s peaceful life is shattered. Her powers begin to defy all reason, and she has no choice but to seek help from the Church of Evernight. They bring her through the local Nighthawks squad’s Chanis Gate.

The following year, Klein Moretti joins the Nighthawks.

The convergence of fate and chaos sets a future in motion that was always meant to unfold.
