The Scrolls of Tan Leaves

The author please update it quickly, I can't get enough of it every time~

Silently give yourself a good review

It is based on the author's other book "On Paper". The writing style is delicate and the psychological description of the characters is very good. The characters created are all those that may be encountered in life. This also adds a lot of realism and has the flavor of publishing. The emotional drama between the male and female protagonists is also very subtle. People who have had a secret love experience can relate to it. To sum up, it is great and I can't get enough of it. The author will update it soon!

From "art for art's sake" to "art belongs to the public" A peculiar book binding technique called "Tan-leaf binding" leads to two stories from thousands of years ago and modern times. For craftsmen, it is such a happy thing to have a confidant, but the craftsman Kang Wenjing did not have such an experience. He was still grieving for it until his death... Fan Ci'en, an ignorant first-year graduate student, learned about this special technique from her deceased brother. With the memory of her brother's unexpected death and the pure pursuit of art, she chose a very difficult path - to restore the tan leaf binding technology. Although this is very difficult, both the early material selection and the later hand-made and meticulous painting must be very careful, otherwise all the efforts may be wasted. In the story, you can see the author's discussion of human nature. Everyone has a different understanding of "art", so the choices they make are also different. Some people regard it as a tool to make money, while others regard it as a simple persistence; some people think that art should be aloof, but some people think that art should belong to the public. Even if they can't understand it, they still find it beautiful. After experiencing the torture of illness, Fan Cien is obviously very sensitive psychologically, but because of this, she also has a unique understanding of external things. In her opinion, those things that have been buried by time should see the light of day again, and should gain their "confidant".
