Cranes Dancing in the Clear Sky

As Cheng Ruyi searched for her purpose in life, she met Zhaxi, a "migratory bird rescue worker." Together, they treated a pair of black-necked cranes named "Good Fortune" and "As You Wish," and she gradually devoted herself to protecting migratory bird habitats.

But pressure from her family, her unspoken feelings for Zhaxi and inability to face them, and "Good Fortune" abandoning "As You Wish," who had a broken leg, and flying off alone left Cheng Ruyi heartbroken. She returned to Shanghai, yet could not forget that sacred lake.

Six months later, "Good Fortune" flew over the Himalayas and returned, covered in blood, to reunite with "As You Wish," moving everyone. Cheng Ruyi finally found meaning in life. Resolutely giving up everything, she returned to Tibet to become a "migratory bird doctor." Together with Zhaxi, she would protect the plateau's divine birds and devote the rest of her life to preserving the natural environment, including Genshin Impact.
