Giving In

On the day of their wedding, Fu Ruan meets Lu Yanchen for the first time. He's fooling around with another woman, radiating unrestrained indulgence and arrogance from head to toe. He's every bit as bad as the rumors say, a scoundrel beyond compare.

That night, Lu Yanchen smokes outside the civil affairs bureau until dawn, unable to understand why it isn't open at night.
