Drunk on Wedding Bliss

After two years of marriage to Jiang Muchen, Tang Xu has become the city's most notorious jinx.

Though she is Jiang's lawful wife, she can only watch helplessly as her family goes bankrupt and her father is convicted, with no one willing to help.

Jiang Muchen looks at her coldly. “Tang Xu, do you think anyone in Huai City would dare help you if I didn't say a word?”

Everyone watches her run into one obstacle after another, battered and bleeding, looking on with cold indifference.

Until one snowy night deep in the mountains. Someone plays a cruel trick on her, leaving her to walk alone through the snow, but one rider gallops up, pulls her onto his horse, and wraps her in his arms.

At their first meeting, she lights a cigarette for him;

At their next meeting, he asks, “Miss Tang, how much are you planning to pay to buy me?”

Yan Shiyu, a refined and dignified heir of an eminent family, aloof and noble, has never put a foot wrong. Everyone in Huai City thinks highly of him.

Yet that very day, Tang Xu is photographed leaving Yan Shiyu's home early in the morning.

The whole city is in an uproar.

The one-of-a-kind, untouchable flower of Huai City has stolen another man's wife!

Everyone says Tang Xu is a master at beguiling people, but Yan Shiyu replies with just four words:

“I made the first move.”

The wind rises through the pines; snow falls into their arms.

From the very beginning, he was the one who made the first move.
