Warhammer: I Am the Hammer of the Imperium

In the 41st millennium, the hope of the Imperium of Man, Lord Regent Guilliman, has returned.

But that has nothing to do with the mortal regiments far away in the Gandwa System.

For more than a hundred centuries, the Emperor has sat motionless upon the Golden Throne on Holy Terra. He is the Master of Mankind. With endless armies and a million worlds, he stands against the darkness.

Yet every day, tens of thousands of souls must be sacrificed so that his spirit can continue to burn.

As one among the countless masses of this age, you endure eternal slaughter under the most brutal, blood-soaked regime imaginable. Cries of pain and grief are drowned out by the laughter of the Dark Gods, who hunger for them.

This is a dark and dreadful age. There is no peace among the stars, for in this distant, benighted future, there is only war.

When a transmigrator looks up at the star-filled sky, he will one day become the Emperor's most valuable currency, and the greatest general in the Astra Militarum, the hammer of the Imperium.
