League of Legends: I Already Won the Championship, So Why Is the System Only Showing Up Now?

As an old-school champion from Season 2, Lin Yi thought he’d be able to lie flat forever. Then he unexpectedly got the [Rekindle the Glory of the Old Guard] System, which randomly grants him a buff every month.

Rekindle the Glory: Gain the combined strength of ShowMaker and Faker at their peak.

The Real Kiter: Miss every ability in a team fight and die, and you’ll gain god-tier movement skills.

A Faint Voice, Still Heard: The louder you shout during a match, the higher your skill ceiling becomes.

Cowardly Lizard: When your team loses a team fight and you’re the only survivor, gain the power to end the game.

But Lin Yi had one question: It’s already Season 12, and the System only shows up now?

With no other choice, he entered the Summer Split midway through the season as an “old man,” and made his way back into professional play amid wave after wave of doubt!

Lin Yi: “Who says an old champion isn’t still a champion?”
