I Turned Down Peking University to Enlist, Then Rose Through the Ranks

[Not a Special Forces Novel]

Li Xiu, a Peking University graduate and amateur hacker, returns to the early 2000s and awakens the Military Training Maniac System.

As long as he pushes himself to the limit in the military, he can reap rewards.

Having loathed his life as a programmer in his previous life, Li Xiu decisively gives up on continuing his studies at Peking University and chooses to enlist, beginning his relentless pursuit of excellence in the military.

A training maniac has appeared in the ranks, thinking about pushing himself every moment of every day. If he won’t die from pushing himself, then he’ll push himself to the death.

“Stop pushing yourself so hard! The way you train would make your fellow soldiers cry and your instructor fall to his knees!”

“Please, stop! You’re ruining the training environment. Our company’s training targets have doubled!”

“Tell me, who raised the standards? All this pushing and pushing, and we veterans are the ones who suffer!”

The protagonist does not become a special forces soldier. He starts out in the military, then goes to military academy midway through the story, becomes a land forces commander, and builds a professional model Blue Force that sets the tactical trends.

He sets out on the path of a military training maniac.
