The Young General

She is the only “young master” of the Great General of Wei, the bane of everyone’s existence, the chief disciple of the Shaolin Temple’s Dharma Hall, the princess’s chosen consort, and the mighty General Who Pacifies the North. Half her heart is slaughter, the other half compassion. Love and hate intertwine, as life and death tear people apart. Greatly compassionate Buddha, blood spills across the land and its people. The general rides to war, love and hate weaving through the martial world. She raises her sword to sever ties of gratitude and duty, and buries a heroic soul in a perfumed grave. From the Jiangnan south to the northern deserts, the world still sings the lingering song of a woman warrior. Demons and monsters bow in submission. Namo Amitabha.
