Jiang Jiu failed her tribulation and was struck by heavenly lightning, turning into a minor celebrity at the very bottom of the entertainment industry.

From the start, she catches her secret boyfriend, movie star Gu, sneaking around with rising star Lu Qingqing. Jiang Jiu smiles faintly and kicks them both straight back to the afterlife.

On a survival variety show, while everyone else is going hungry just trying to make it through:

She sees a local: "Hey, your home's feng shui is bad. Your family will have a hard time raising anyone who gets into college."

She sees a business owner: "Boss, your business keeps losing money because your family's ancestral grave is in the wrong place."

After Jiang Jiu points the way, a local family's daughter becomes a shining success.

The business owner pays off a million yuan in debt.

Throughout the show, Jiang Jiu does nothing but read feng shui or make calculations with her fingers.

First, she helps the cultural relics bureau locate an ancient tomb entrance and protect its artifacts. Then she helps the cops catch robbers and predicts a rainstorm on an island...

Soon, the producers are calling her out one after another.

Survival show director Wu: "Jiang Jiu, keep spreading feudal superstition and I'll cancel your contract."

Jiang Jiu: "Fine. I'll go hang out on some other variety shows."

Lifestyle show: "Director, that guest's birth chart clashes with yours."

Haunted-house escape show: "Why are you crying? Your fortune isn't in a haunted house."

Nostalgia show: "This building is deeply inauspicious! The White Tiger is peeking in, so no one should live here."

Parenting show: "This child has an unusual constitution. Oh no, they're seriously ill. Get them to a hospital, quick!"

Jiang Jiu becomes famous.

Director Wu: "Teacher Jiang, please come back! The survival show needs you!"

The scumbag Gu regrets everything: "Xiao Jiu, I was wrong. Let's get back together!"
