The Great Han’s Imperial Preceptor: I Trick Liu Ju into Rebellion from the Start

[Historical setting] [Transmigration] [Alternate history] [From the start] [Imperial preceptor]

“Liu Ju, you're Liu Che's son and the crown prince overseeing the state. If you don't rebel now, are you just going to wait for treacherous officials to drive you to your death?”

“Listen to me. At a time like this, striking first is the only way to seize the initiative.”

“First, we'll take control of Chang'an, then head to Ganquan Palace and hold the emperor hostage until he abdicates!”

“Then you'll ascend the throne, and I'll help you govern. In three years, the people will be prosperous; in five, the armies will be strong and the horses well-bred; in ten, we'll march all the way to Europe...”

Xu Chen transmigrates to the Han dynasty and becomes a retainer to Liu Ju, one of history's most tragic crown princes. As the Witchcraft Catastrophe unfolds, he keeps urging Liu Ju to stage a coup and force the emperor from the throne.

However, everything he says is overheard by Liu Che.

Three years later, Xu Chen and the crown prince charge into Weiyang Palace with their armored soldiers, only to find Emperor Wu of Han, who was supposed to be dead, sitting on the throne.

“Come here, Xiao Xu. Sit beside Me and tell Me about that steam engine you mentioned a few days ago...”
