The Country Doctor's Peach Blossom Fortune

A dirt-poor village doctor unexpectedly obtains the Myriad Spirits Pearl. He toys with villains as if they were in the palm of his hand, messes with local toughs, beats landlords at their own game, and finds money and beautiful women coming his way. From then on, he cures the sick and farms his way to success.

"Got some difficult ailment? I'm good at treating those, but I'm not going to treat you."

"Why not? Because I don't feel like it!"
