The Puzzle of Life

After 35, the wave of unemployment hits.

When Lu Yu and his wife, Sheng Miaomiao, lose their jobs, they are already 38, married but without children. They can't find work, and their families' attention is focused elsewhere. All they can do is take jobs that other people look down on and try to pay off their mortgage and car loan. But after an injury, Lu Yu suddenly gains the ability to help people relive their lives.

Faced with a father and son whose bond has been shattered, people whose repeated wrong choices have left them with no option but to give up, young people unsure whether to pursue opportunities back home or chase their own futures, and a doctor who can no longer pick up a scalpel after an accident, Lu Yu finally understands the meaning and value of life.

As he helps others reclaim their lives, he also redeems his own, putting every piece of the puzzle in its rightful place and completing a picture of life without regrets.
