Basketball Superstar Returns to the Game

After retiring, Lu Yan became a basketball coach and spent many years working quietly, unnoticed. He thought his life would remain calm and steady like that. But fate had other plans. Just shy of forty, he was fired by the club. His life was thrown into disarray, and for a while, he had no idea what to do.

After leaving the club, he gazed around in confusion, suddenly feeling adrift and alone. Usually easygoing, Lu Yan decided to go along with fate and return home to enjoy his retirement. If this was Heaven's arrangement, he would accept it. Still, a faint sense of unwillingness stung his passionate heart. His undying love for the game surged on. In the end, he simply couldn't settle down and enjoy his prematurely begun retirement.
