The Boundless Immortal Path

I ask the heavens: why do we have clear skies, clouds, rain, and snow? I ask the earth: why do we have mountains, rivers, lakes, and seas? I ask humanity: why must we be born, grow old, fall ill, and die? I ask all living beings: where do they come from, and where will they end up? I ask: beyond this void, is there only more void? I ask: is the path to immortality truly without end? In this life, I wish only to use my finite life to seek the infinite Dao!
