You Asked Me to Manage the Paranormal Bureau, So Why Has Everyone Become a Supernatural Expert?

Lin Xuan transmigrates into a world plagued by supernatural horrors and activates the God-Tier Comics System. He can grow stronger just by drawing comics. Once an obscure member of the Paranormal Bureau, he is asked by the director to take charge of the bureau and serve as acting director. After reading the comics Lin Xuan draws, the bureau's members gain all kinds of abilities. Bai Yue: “Bai Yue Kui's martial arts are so cool and powerful. We're a perfect match.” Zhang Qilin: “Pairing a Zanpakuto with the Qilin Soul is unbelievably powerful!” Wang Fan: “Eight Gates Formation, all eight gates open! I can take on a hundred men!” Headquarters: “We asked you to manage the Paranormal Bureau, not make them stronger than us!” The thirteen captains: “Director, you don't need to come back. We think Lin Xuan is better suited to the job.”
