The Genius Junior Sister Insists on Being a Good-for-Nothing: Extra

[Signed for publication, with progress updates on social media]

[This story has a CP. The male lead is Jinyuan. The female lead is not an assertive heroine, and she has her flaws.] Bai Lin discovers that she's the foil to her sect's beloved junior sister.

The junior sister is delicate and kind, while Bai Lin is cold and ruthless;

The junior sister has mediocre talent, yet everyone adores her. Bai Lin works herself to the bone cultivating, yet everyone despises her;

One tear from the junior sister makes the entire sect ache for her, while Bai Lin can spit blood from her wounds and all she hears is, "Don't interfere with your junior sister's cultivation."

In the end, Bai Lin dies horribly, while someone gently covers the junior sister's eyes.

So Bai Lin gives up trying and decides to become a good-for-nothing just like the junior sister.

Cultivate? Even a dog wouldn't bother! The life of a good-for-nothing is much easier!

Who would have thought that once she started lying flat, the very people who were supposed to hate her would panic?

"Without you, we'll lose the sect competition! The junior sister can't do it!"

"You're the one and only genius in the sect. How can you sell yourself short?"

"How on earth are we supposed to pass this academy exam? Please cultivate and help us!"

The junior sister had planned to use Bai Lin as a stepping-stone. But when she stepped down, she discovered Bai Lin was nothing but a heap of mud.

Junior Sister: "Go cultivate! Aren't you a genius?"

Bai Lin: "Huh? Me? I'm a good-for-nothing."
