Naruto: I’m an Uchiha, Heir to Tobirama’s Will

After waking up, he had transmigrated into Uchiha Fugaku. With the Nine-Tails' attack and the Night of the Uchiha Massacre looming, he was fortunate that the System activated and granted him Tobirama Senju's legacy. From then on, Tobirama's will had an heir! Under Fugaku's sweeping reforms, the police force's regulations became Tobirama-style, law enforcement procedures became Senju-style, and the boundaries of power became Hokage-style! Eighty percent of the village's ninjas served under the Konoha Military Police Force! The Third Hokage was powerless in the face of the new rules. Danzo stormed in furiously, only to be driven away with a flurry of blows. Later, Fugaku acquired a new title: the Godfather of the Shinobi World, the Hokage behind the scenes.
