There's Something Off About My Divination Fee

Every fortune-telling session comes with a fee. But ever since the Heavenly Dao appeared, Chen Banxian has noticed that his payments are a little strange.

He watches a woman with a fox tail walk away, then opens the payment she left him.

“Ding! Obtained one nine-tailed fox. Lives remaining +1.”

It was clearly a red banknote, but when he picked it up, it turned into:

“Ding! Obtained passive skill: I can't hear you, I can't hear you.”

Chen Banxian: ???

“Damn it, I won't be able to make money in this line of work anymore!”
