The Old Men I Summon to Follow Me Around Are All Problematic

After finishing his college entrance exams, Xue Dinglü discovers that every week, a distinguished old-timer with great achievements randomly appears inside him. Week one: a demon of the dead. What do you mean, he's a criminal whose crimes are too numerous to record? Week two: a great sage. What do you mean, he ran away alone and deserted his comrades? Week three: a hero. What do you mean, he's a reckless fool who charges in without a plan? Are you sure you understand what “great achievements” means? Every old-timer who shows up has some serious issues! But as Xue Dinglü fulfills their final wishes and collects the old-timers' coins, he gradually comes to understand their resolve and convictions, and raises high the torch passed down by those who came before. When faced with enemies as powerful as demons and gods, and even giving everything he has isn't enough to defeat them, he clenches his fist. “Old-timers, let's do this!” Endless old-timers, come forth!
