[Cloud Pavilion] Interesting Books I've Read Myself
Some interesting books of all genres and writing styles. I only care whether I find them interesting. 👍 Good: worth reading, with no glaring issues. 👌 Decent: pretty good overall, with a few shortcomings. 👊 Bad: dropped by the author, or has glaring issues or flaws.
Fanfiction + Celebrity Fiction + System Stories
Most of what I read is pretty simple and easy to follow. If you like that kind of thing, come take a look. It feels like there are fewer and fewer readable books these days, and waiting for updates is so frustrating. Two novels I’ve been following recently either ended terribly or were abandoned. They had great premises, but later on the authors started padding the word count, which is painful to read. Sigh, it’s tough. Can anyone recommend some good reads?
Reality Is Dull, Fantasy Is Out of Reach
I only add books after giving them a ten-chapter trial. No heart-wrenching angst or cliché melodrama. Let me know if you spot any mistakes or omissions. The list isn’t long, but quality matters more than quantity.
