2020: Promising New Novels Worth Investing In

It's 2020, a new year that has gotten off to a rough start. Even in difficult circumstances, the Chinese people know how to find joy in hardship! Nothing can defeat us! This list collects and recommends new books by up-and-coming writers, giving aspiring authors more of a chance. I'll keep updating it. Any novel that goes seven days without an update will be removed. I've been reading for over twenty years, though I don't often read seriously, so my standards for recommendations are high. My criteria: 1. The characters have their wits about them. 2. Smooth, fluent writing. 3. An engaging story that draws you in. 4. Few typos and homophone errors, like using the wrong character for a word. 5. No harems, a standard that many male-oriented novels can't meet, though I may make exceptions. 6. Funny without being vulgar. Meet at least three of these criteria and I'll consider recommending it. I'll personally give each author-recommended novel a trial read before deciding whether to add it to the list! Thanks for understanding!
