Contract Hunter

The establishment of the Liming Development Zone caught the attention of several real estate companies. Eager to get ahead, they all hoped to gain an advantage in the bidding for land in the new district. At this tense moment, Luo Yan, head of the development department at Xingling Real Estate, unexpectedly got the chance to “open his heavenly eye.” “Sign a contract with me, and you’ll be able to look through someone’s eyes and see everything you want to know about them. For instance, all you have to do is make eye contact with an expert on the bid evaluation panel, and you’ll see the ideal building design in their mind. That way, you can tailor your proposal to their preferences. If you use this ability well, you could even help your company secure development rights to every plot and build a real estate empire of your own,” said the contract hunter. “What an amazing skill! So how much commission do I owe you?” “I’m not after a commission.” She smiled mysteriously.
