I'm Just a Grunt

People with supernatural abilities have existed since ancient times. As the ages changed, they came to be known by different names, but every name stood for great power. In the West, they were called mages or witches; in the East, immortals or living Buddhas. In modern times, as science advanced and people stopped believing in the supernatural, these powerful beings unlike ordinary people came to be known as superpowered individuals.

Unfortunately, our protagonist doesn’t have any strange powers, or at least he doesn’t think there’s anything special about himself. Just as his life hits a desperate low, a strange night turns his fate upside down... and he becomes a grunt who clears the way for his side’s superpowered fighters~
