Not long after this, the heroine couldn't bear the torture and moved back to her parents' home. She often stood by the lake at night when the air was fresh, listening to the gurgling water and looking southward with the help of bright moonlight. She said she found that Wei Si had transformed into those mountains: he was huge and lying on the south bank of the lake. The facial features and upper body were all so similar to his original appearance.
