Welcome to the Mental Hospital

My surname is Fan and my given name is Jian. I’m the only male nurse at Wulongyuan Psychiatric Hospital, and a bottom-rung production assistant in the entertainment industry.

The day I met the old charlatan Huang Shiren, I was struck by lightning.

He claimed to be the greatest immortal under heaven and told me that the monumental task of saving the Three Realms was entirely in my hands.

With his help, a band of mentally unstable historical figures descended on my loser’s life one after another.

Among them are a Korean drama fanatic with a hopelessly rotten brain; Guan Yunchang, a girly man suffering from mid-to-late-stage depression; the Hongwu Emperor Zhu Yuanzhang, a severe miser with unmatched street smarts; Li Zicheng, a rebellious bandit leader with manic and time-delusion disorders, whose uprising failed; the Fourth Prince Yinzhen, a masochist in the late stages of lovesickness; and Pan Jinlian, a bar owner with a conditional exhibitionism disorder, among others...

My job is to whip them and torment them until they cry out and howl, then lead this bunch of idiots down the glittering, glamorous path to stardom in the entertainment industry.

(After Director Wan Sui, Xiao Zhang has poured his heart and soul into this exhilarating new work, packed with movies, entertainment, chaotic time travel, and shameless scheming. Please give it your support!)
