The Ming Navy

Fang Rudao arrived in the late Ming era with a pile of books fit for the scrap heap and a replica antique warship. He set about building guns, cannons, and ships, then established a navy to sail on expeditions around the world.

Fang Rudao is a little lazy, a little of a homebody, a little hot-tempered, a little lecherous, and a somewhat carefree warmonger. He loves to boast: “The Pacific is our Great Ming lake, the Indian Ocean is our swimming pool, and the Atlantic is our fishing pond. They're all ours, and nobody's taking them!”
