The Way of the Chivalrous

To cultivate immortality, first cultivate your humanity.

Who says that cultivating immortality means killing people for their treasures and chasing nothing but profit? Those are demonic thieves and bandits, not immortal cultivators. If you abandon your conscience as a human being, what path can you cultivate? How can you become an immortal?

A hero uses martial might to defy the laws of the land; an immortal hero uses martial might to defy the Heavenly Dao.

If the Heavenly Dao plays favorites and rewards neither good nor punishes evil, then I will change it.
