The original name of this book was "Old Girl's Weight Loss Notes". Then one day, I suddenly thought that the current title of the book sounded pretty good, so I asked my friends for their ideas. Later, my friends also felt that the current title was good, so I used the current title. This novel tells about a series of ridiculous things caused by an old girl's weight loss, thus allowing everyone to see a different weight loss novel.
