The Thunderous Daddy

Becoming a Thunderbolt and looking down on the world is everyone’s dream.

Zhao Sen, however, only wants to walk along the seaside holding his daughter’s hand, feel the gentle sea breeze, and live an ordinary life.

A treasure map sealed inside Zhao Sen for twelve years ultimately leads to upheaval in his family. Despair and hope, all the cruel tricks of fate, send Zhao Sen into the mysterious Thunderbolt Realm. With unparalleled perseverance and inventions from a mighty being beyond the heavens, he becomes the realm’s brightest rising star.

Yet the withering of the tulips and the fall of the holy land muddy heaven and earth, alter the sun and moon, and set off sorrowful battle hymns for one exile after another. In an instant, turmoil sweeps across the Thunderbolt Realm, while war rages through the mortal world. Heroes’ blood, kings’ swords, and beauties’ tears paint a series of sweeping, legendary scenes.

Cutting through every obstacle, Zhao Sen steadily climbs toward the peak of glory, but his dream remains unchanged.

“I just want to be an ordinary dad.”
