Shuo Yizhi: I Have Supreme Insight

An ancient saying goes: The Book of Changes contains the Supreme Ultimate, which gives rise to the Two Forms; the Two Forms give rise to the Four Symbols, and the Four Symbols give rise to the Eight Trigrams. Another saying goes: The Book of Changes is the foremost of the classics and the source of the Great Way. Come with me into a world shaped by the Book of Changes. A young man from a family that has studied the Changes for generations, mute for sixteen years, inherits the Confucian tradition of the Changes and begins a quest to find his own Heavenly Way. He understands the Way and expounds on Buddhism, yet practices neither immortality nor Buddhism. He travels through the mortal world and ultimately comes to understand the law of the Way by which the Changes serve as the standard for Heaven and Earth.
