Chen Zhou returned home to visit his family after spending several years working in a big city. To his surprise, he activated a Population Cashback System that pays him daily based on the permanent population of his home county.

In a small county with 300,000 permanent residents, Chen Zhou can get nearly 300,000 in cash every day from the System.

After spending half his life working hard like an ordinary man, Chen Zhou decides to do something for his county. Driven by his deep attachment to his hometown and his determination to revitalize its economy, he decides to stay and start a business.
