The Demon Dao in the Spring and Autumn Period

Other people transmigrated with a golden finger. Si Yan transmigrated after being struck by lightning, the kind that curved through a window. The history major known as "Daoist Si" had spent three years studying the art of summoning gods. His best historical achievement was setting half a curtain on fire. On his thirty-seventh attempt, he summoned a bolt of lightning. When he opened his eyes again, he had become the second senior brother of the Demon Cult: his dantian was a leaky sieve, his senior brother was sharpening a knife, his sister-in-law was unconscious, and monsters were everywhere. The gods had died, the demons had been wiped out, and the monsters ruled the world. Humanity survived by hiding. All he had was a little half-baked Daoist magic, a silver tongue, and the mind of a history major. As the poem says: If you've never learned the art of summoning gods, then calling yourself a Daoist is pointless. Ask where the protagonist can be found, and the shepherd boy points to Yin Gui Mountain.
