This Martial Saint Only Wants to Collect Rent

In the seventeenth year of the Great Sheng Republic, warlords carved up the land, gangs ran rampant, and martial grandmasters could take on a thousand soldiers.

Hou Yaozu watched over the forty-seven rundown houses he'd inherited, wanting nothing more than to collect rent each month and live quietly as a wealthy landlord.

Then he bound himself to the Great Martial Arts Rent Collection System.

Collect rent from the Paramount, and earn martial arts cultivation.

Collect rent from the Blackwater Martial Arts Hall, and unlock an unparalleled technique.

Collect rent from the garrison commander... and be rewarded with the entire city of Shanghai.

Hou Yaozu stared at the lease in his hands, lost in thought.

“It doesn't matter whether this house is mine.”

“If you're living in my house, you pay my rent.”

“The System's word is law!”
