Tokyo: I Loaded the Tyrant System

Long Dou transmigrates to neon-lit Tokyo in the world of anime, expecting an ordinary school life. Instead, he unexpectedly gets bound to the "Tyrant System."

"System introduction: After binding to this System, you must cast aside all morality and kindness and become a foolish ruler who spends every day indulging in wine, women, wealth, and pleasure, caring only about his own enjoyment and not at all about whether others live or die... That's the good part. What's the bad part?"

After reading the introduction, Long Dou scratches his head, apparently unable to believe such a wonderful deal exists.

But even so, becoming emperor of modern Tokyo isn't as simple as having a jade seal. One wrong move and he'll be dragged off to a mental institution and forced to undergo round-the-clock electroshock therapy.

So Long Dou decides to start with the academy he attends, recruit capable people from across the land, and strive to become the greatest foolish ruler in history as soon as possible. After all... a dragon is a symbol of emperors.
