Doomsday Survival in a Virtual World

Luo Dayou was an ordinary corporate drone, crushed under the weight of his mortgage. Hoping to win a million-yuan prize, he signed up by a twist of fate for a mysterious experiment run by a tech company. Little did he know he was about to enter a virtual survival game where death was very real. Brain-computer interface technology has linked human consciousness directly to a virtual apocalypse overrun by zombies. Virtual pain now registers in the brain as real injury, and dying in the game means dying in real life. Luo Dayou must fight with everything he has to survive a 365-day challenge, grueling daily missions, potentially fatal zombie hordes, and fellow players who each have their own motives. Will he risk his life for the huge prize, or cut his losses in time to stay alive? As the boundary between virtuality and reality begins to blur, the ultimate test of human nature and survival is only just beginning.
