He went on eight journeys: On the first, he was betrayed. Rage twisted his eyes, and he unleashed the thunder of war. On the second, he defied death and kept the flames of sin burning. On the third, he gained an identity and sowed the seeds of hope for the world. On the fourth, he laid down his hatred and won happiness for all living beings. On the fifth, he learned to deceive, and the whole world was fooled by his lies. On the sixth, he recreated living beings, until the false became real. On the seventh, he took his own place. His will was moonlight, stretching on and on. On the eighth, he finally pursued death, and even fate showed him favor… When their fates converged, the world died.
