Carved by the Blade, A Swordsman

The story takes place during the Zhengtong era of the Ming Dynasty, when the government is corrupt and the eunuch Wang Zhen holds power. Beyond the frontier, the Tatar Oirat are raiding the borders, while the Central Plains are beset by troubles both within and without. The protagonist is just a servant, but through a twist of fate he gets entangled in the martial world and embarks on one tale of revenge after another.
