Two years ago, Lin Chengxiao was the best middle school basketball player in Dongcheng, a Hai Province All-Star, and the city tournament MVP. When he showed up again two years later, he was riding a modified electric motorcycle with a gang of bleached-haired underlings, and had become someone no one dared mess with on the streetball court.
