Traveler Between Two Worlds: A Glimmer at Earth's Core

The sky in the Bright Realm is always lit. Here, every good deed is recorded in the Book of Merit. The ground in the Dark Realm is scorching. Here, every debt is entered into the ledger. A Cheng believes in goodness. A Li believes in evil. Each of them does what they believe is right in their own world. Until a passage that should not exist appears: the Valley Without Light. There is no Book of Merit here, no ledger, no records, no oversight. Every choice a person makes here is known only to them. A Cheng begins to sink, while A Li begins to rise. They will both discover the same thing: true goodness does not mean never having seen evil, and true evil does not mean never having encountered goodness. It means this: when nobody knows, you decide who you will become.
