Essence Plunder: a New Era in the Wasteland

In 2108 AD, the clouds of World War III completely tore apart the blue star's sky.​ Fifteen years of brutal strangulation pushed human civilization to the abyss of destruction. Countless nuclear bombs bloomed into mushroom clouds of death across the continents, turning once-bustling cities into scorched earth. After the war, the number of humans on Blue Star dropped sharply from 11 billion before the war to less than 3 billion. The once blue planet was shrouded in thick radiation dust, and most areas were reduced to a dead wasteland. Nuclear pollution not only destroyed the old ecology, but also gave birth to extremely aggressive mutant creatures and mutant plants.
