When Genes Become Original Sin

Near future. Year 127 of the New Federation Calendar, Blackstone City. The citizen calibration system genetically carves everyone into four levels: S-class elites occupy the glass tower and hold power, A-class compliant citizens live a stable life, B-class ordinary people work hard to survive, and C-class "deviants" are branded as born criminals and live like rats and ants in the depths of abandoned deep shafts. Officials claim that this is the optimal solution for civilization and the ultimate solution to reducing crime rates. No one knows that this set of scales itself is a giant social experiment spanning thirty years. Everyone is struggling, gambling, and betraying in this calibration game. Some people use lies to maintain order, some people use their lives to pursue the truth, and some people want to overturn the entire chessboard. When genes become original sin, when life is defined by scale, the lowest deviants want to smash this machine that measures human nature. Genes determine the starting point, but not the end point. Under the deep axis, beyond the scale, there is a way of survival.
