Douluo: Heir of the Qian Clan, I Slay Bibi Dong with My First Strike

[Against Backstabbers] [No Saintly Heroine] [Harem]

Qian Juechen transmigrates to Douluo Dalu and becomes the eldest son of Qian Xunji, the current pope of Spirit Hall.

He should have become Spirit Hall's heir, but because he failed to awaken the Six-Winged Angel Martial Soul passed down through the Qian family, he cannot begin the Angel God Trial and is told that he has lost his right to inherit.

Fortunately, Qian Juechen is extraordinarily talented. He awakens an Elemental Sword Casket Martial Soul, a mutation of his mother's Wind Sword Martial Soul!

Every Soul Ring he absorbs unlocks a sword of a supreme element. The seven supreme elements even draw the attention of the seven elemental main gods in the divine realm, and one divine trial after another follows.

At a young age, guided by the old servant his mother left behind, Qian Juechen travels to hidden places across the continent and undergoes the trials of the seven gods. Before turning twenty-five, he becomes a Soul Douluo and wins a promise from the gods!

If he masters the seven elements within a century and breaks through to Limit Douluo, he can inherit a divine position and ascend to the divine realm!

But when Qian Juechen returns laden with honors, he discovers that Spirit Hall has changed beyond recognition. Though he knows the story well, he still struggles to contain his anger when he learns what has happened.

With the sword casket on his back, he climbs the steps to Spirit Hall's highest sanctum, the Worship Hall. Under the gaze of the six enshrined elders, he demands answers from his grandfather, Qian Daoliu!

"Why did you not only fail to avenge your son's death, but let the Rakshasa God's heir take everything from the Qian family!"

"Why did you once tell me that only someone with an Angel Martial Soul could inherit the position of pope? Then what gives her the right?"

"My younger sister is exceptionally talented. Why wasn't she carefully trained, instead of being sent to an enemy nation to waste her years?"

Faced with his grandson's questions, Qian Daoliu has no answer...
