Chronology of Abandoned Ships

This is a story about an outcast. On the edge of the star map of the Federation's etheric core, there is a gray area called the "Diaspora Zone." There was no law, no order, just wanted men, deserters, and bankrupt miners—people whose names had been written off federal records. A damaged destroyer, the captain Gu Xiao was wanted by the federal fleet for refusing to carry out the extermination order on civilian settlements. He fled into the diaspora zone, originally only looking for a place to stay, but he met a stranger on the abandoned mining star "Juyi Star" who claimed to be a star mapmaker. The man's name was Ji Yuan, and he held a hand-drawn star map in his hand, which marked a safe passage that the Federation had never recorded. Ji Yuan said that the end of this passage is not a treasure, but a question - "Do you want to go back alive?" Going back means counterattack. News began to spread quietly among the free ports in the diaspora belt: someone was gathering wanted persons in Juyi Star, regardless of their origins or charges. One after another, abandoned ships sailed towards the desolate planet - miners, assassins, intelligence dealers, framed federal captains, and reckless men who injured officers. They have only one thing in common: the Federation has already written the ending for them. But the ending can be rewritten. This is not a spectacular revolution. There was no manifesto, no flag, no one even really believed they could win. They were just forced to the very edge of the star field, with no way to retreat. And when one hundred and eight abandoned ships finally lined up in the dust of the diaspora belt, the Federation discovered that these people whose names had been written off were rewriting the star map itself.
