Star Marrow Body Refining: Starting from the Wasteland

In 2088 AD, a swarm of meteorites of unknown origin carrying "star marrow energy" crashed onto a planet called Blue Star in the parallel universe. It immediately triggered a global catastrophe, the old civilization collapsed instantly, and the number of humans dropped sharply to less than 300 million. The survivors built nine super cities around the crater, and the rest of the area became a wasteland filled with radiation and mutated beasts.
